Stupid Fight
Yesterday after school there was a fight right after they got off the bus. The kid that got beat cracked his head opened when he head butted the other one. He ran inside and his family came out as Elijah ( the winner ) :( came on the bus. The whole time other people on the bus were laughing at Jason ( the loser ) :(. When the family came outside Jason's brother started talking to Elijah, I think you can guess what he was saying. Elijah talked back the same way. As the family walked away everybody started making fun of his mom and how ugly and fat she was. This whole time, Kyle and I were surprised that people can act this way. I was ready to walk off the bus but Kyle said we were about to leave. I sat down and started crying. It makes me mad to know I am affiliated with this bus and everything that happens. I started sitting up front as far as I could today to get away from the evil on the bus. Kyle and I are embarrassed that we ride it.
I think if Jesus were on the bus, which he is but we can't see him, he would want another flood. ( Not to say this bus is the most horrific thing, but that's the sad thing ). That's the problem with these people, they can't see him, so they don't want to do what's right.
I started to notice that my friend Derek has been questioning God's authority. It makes me think that I've been failing them because I'm the one who asked them to be a Christian and depended on me to help them. So that's Derek and Elijah......
I think if Jesus were on the bus, which he is but we can't see him, he would want another flood. ( Not to say this bus is the most horrific thing, but that's the sad thing ). That's the problem with these people, they can't see him, so they don't want to do what's right.

Danny you can't change everyone around you but you can be the best you can be and show them Christ in you. You can witness to them and tell them about God but they have a free will and will choose to believe or not. Not everyone "Gets it" right away. Jesus himself didn't start preaching until he was 30. So be patient with the people on the bus and continue to pray for them. Don't act like you're better than them, Jesus came to save the sinners and that is who he chose to hang with, so don't totally shut yourself off from them. You are to be in the world not of it. So continue to ride the bus and show the love of Christ. Love ya, Mom
Hey Danny!
You are so filled with the Holy Spirit right now and it's so hard to understand why people who don't know the Lord can't see the truth. Only God can open their eyes to the truth. Your job as a Born Again Christian is to just be a good witness and plant the "Seed".
Tell people about Jesus and give them your testimony if they are interested in hearing it. I think what you did by moving to the front of the bus was a good idea, this way Satan isn't tempting you to do something you may regret later.
Hang in there Danny, I'll be praying for you and your friends.

I was led to write this poem asking the Lord to use me and change me after hearing a Pastor that was filling in a couple Sundays ago at my church. His sermon was called, More Than A Blessing.
I feel God is using you and changing you Danny into someone who isn't afraid to stand up for Jesus. Who isn't afraid to show love to others who are lost. He had to change you to be able to do all this and I jsut want you to know that I have noticed the change and I am so excited for you!

More Than A Blessing
I used to just ask for your blessing
I thought it was all about me,
And then you came and showed me more
Of what I needed to be.
The first thing you showed me was love
I saw that when you died on the cross,
You gave your life so that I could live
And now I am no longer lost.
You gave me the wonderful gift of faith
The trust to believe in you,
The freedom that comes in knowing
